Ein Trainingsbereich – viele Möglichkeiten

2024 müsste eigentlich 2121 heißen. Warum? Weil ab nächstem Jahr bei uns im TwentyOne eure Fitness auf ein neues Level gehoben wird. Wie das gehen soll? Mit einem 1000qm Trainingsbereich, der auf das Erreichen eurer Ziele ausgerichtet ist.

Was das bedeutet? Es erwarten euch sogenannte „weight stack“ Kraftgeräte von Gym80. Ohne schwere Scheiben hin und her tragen zu müssen, verändert ihr hier einfach mit einem kleinen Stecker euer Trainingsgewicht. So passt sich das Gerät eurer Kraft an und fördert so euren Muskelaufbau.

Für einen noch intensiveren Trainingsreiz könnt ihr auch unsere „plate loaded“ Gym80 Kraftgeräte in eure Fitness-Routine einbauen. Greift euch eure Gewichtsscheiben und beladet das Gerät. Hier ist eurer Kraft (fast) keine Grenze gesetzt.

Wer lieber mit Hanteln hantiert, findet im Freihantelbereich unzählige Möglichkeiten, seine Muskeln noch gezielter zu beanspruchen.
