Der erste Spatenstich für die Gesundheit

24-Stunden Kita, Service-Senioren-Wohnen und ein Fitness- und Therapiezentrum – auf mehr als 30.000 Quadratmetern entsteht am Gallberg ein neues Großprojekt.

Nach sechs Jahren Vorlauf ist nun mit dem ersten Spatenstich die Grundlage für den Baustart gelegt worden.

Neben dem Bau von Zwei- und Dreiraumwohnungen für Senioren mit einem Servicehaus des Senioren- und Pflegezentrum gGmbH SPZ, einer 24-Stunden Kita der Lebenshilfe Brandenburg-Potsdam e.V und dem Therapiezentrum für Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie und Logopädie von PROMNITZ, ensteht auch unser Fitnessstudio „TwentyOne“ mit einem eigenen Bewegungsbad.

Eins steht für alle Projektpartner fest: Auch nach der Fertigstellung soll die Zusammenarbeit weitergehen, um ein umfassend nutzbares Angebot bieten zu können: So können beispielsweise Kinder von Mitarbeitenden in den Einrichtungen in der 24-Stunden Kita ihren Tag verbringen und am Nachmittag gemeinsam mit den Eltern im Café der SPZ Kaffee und Kuchen genießen. Auch ist der Weg für Senioren aus ihrer Wohnung nicht weit zu ihrem wöchentlichen Aqua-Fitness-Kurs im TwentyOne.
