Hi, ich bin Lukas, Fitness\u00f6konom und Teil des Teams TwentyOne. Gemeinsam mit dir bringe ich deine Fitness auf ein neues Level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Gym f\u00fchle ich mich Zuhause. Hier kann ich meine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Sport, Bewegung und Gesundheit mit anderen teilen. Diese Leidenschaft auch an dich weiterzugeben, ist mein Ziel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mir ist wichtig, immer deine Ziele und W\u00fcnsche, aber auch Probleme und Beschwerden zu kennen. Auf dieser Basis erstellen wir gemeinsam deinen eigenen Trainings- und Ern\u00e4hrungsplan, finden die besten \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr dich und holen so das Beste aus deinem K\u00f6rper heraus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du willst Muskeln aufbauen? <\/strong>Das Wichtigste dabei ist, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Reize zu setzen. F\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger eignet sich der GYM 80 Ger\u00e4tepark<\/a> . Hier kannst du ohne Probleme die Gewichte wechseln und wirst im Bewegungsablauf vom Ger\u00e4t unterst\u00fctzt. Nach ein paar Workouts kannst du dich dann auch an Langhanteln\/Kurzhanteln wagen und so noch mehr deine Muskeln beanspruchen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richtig intensiv wird es f\u00fcr deine Muskulatur beim Kurs „All Body“. Hier trainieren wir gemeinsam deinen K\u00f6rper, zum Beispiel mit Hanteln oder Gewichten in kurzen Sets ohne lange Pause und fordern unseren K\u00f6rper bis ans Limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du willst eher abnehmen, Kalorien verbrennen und deinen K\u00f6rper rundum fit halten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je nachdem, wie du dir deinen Traumk\u00f6rper vorstellst, werden auch hier zuerst deine individuellen Trainingsziele festgelegt. Ob einen flachen Bauch oder einfach nur ein ges\u00fcnderes Leben \u2013 was es auch ist, mit dem richtigen Training und der richtigen Ern\u00e4hrung alles m\u00f6glich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie auch beim Muskelaufbau, ist das Training an Ger\u00e4ten und Hanteln sehr sinnvoll. Doch braucht es hier nicht die gro\u00dfen Gewichte, sondern mehr Wiederholungen und S\u00e4tze, die dich ins Schwitzen bringen. Gut f\u00fcr die Fettverbrennung und auch das Herz ist das Ausdauertraining auf dem Laufband, dem Fahrrad oder dem Stepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auch hier gibt es f\u00fcr dich und deine Bed\u00fcrfnisse den passenden Kurs: z.B. Girls Only, Yoga, Pilates, Dance Fitness uvm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
